Tax Counsel (m/f) **Tax Counsel (m/f)** Integrated within the Group Tax Department of Mota\-Engil, the role will be responsible for supporting the tax activities of several foreign Group companies, ensuring full compliance with applicable tax obligations. The role involves the support, analysis and review of periodic tax matters, including monthly tax provisions, as well as advisory and monitoring of relevant business and intragroup operations, ensuring appropriate tax treatment. The position also requires active interaction with internal finance and reporting teams, as well as with external advisors across different jurisdictions. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part within the Group Tax Department, working on international tax matters and supporting business operations across the Group. **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or Tax Law; * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international tax; * Practical exposure to international tax frameworks, including Pillar 2 (GloBE) concepts and compliance is an advantage; * Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written);Knowledge of SAP ERP is valued; * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; * High sense of responsibility, professional integrity and ethical standards; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to travel; * Ability to work collaboratively and with a results\-oriented mindset.
