PCDIGA, market leader in the specialized computer retail sector in Portugal, is currently recruiting a Store Employee for its Braga store. **Responsibilities:** In-store customer service for PCDIGA clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction; Provide the best commercial advice according to customer needs; Manage conflicts and complaints; Support all team requirements; **Cash management:** receive customer payments, perform cash register opening, closing and reconciliation; Ensure goods receiving and dispatch operations, supervise loading and unloading, and verify quantities and condition of materials; Organize received goods and place them appropriately; Perform periodic inventories; Use computer systems (Microsoft Office, SAP, Zendesk, Talkdesk...); Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the work area; Identify sources and trends of technical issues with equipment; Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents; Replace warranty parts, clean equipment, and conduct testing. Carry out other activities or tasks not specified above whenever deemed necessary to achieve company objectives. Requirements Compulsory education level (12th grade); Experience in sales, analysis, and repair of computer equipment; Strong customer orientation; Results-driven with a preference for teamwork; Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. Enjoy working in a team; Highly organized, responsible, and committed; Ability to integrate into a team and strong interpersonal skills; Ability to handle pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
