To know more about us, visit visteon.com. **Mission of the role:** Visteon is seeking a seasoned Identity \& Access Management (IAM) Lead to own and drive our enterprise IAM strategy. Reporting directly to the CISO, you will lead a team of IAM professionals responsible for identity governance, privileged access management, authentication services, and the full access lifecycle across Visteon’s global environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the right people have the right access to the right resources \- and nothing more. **Key Objectives of the Role:*** Lead and develop a team of IAM analysts (senior and junior), providing technical guidance, mentorship, and day\-to\-day direction. * Own and execute the enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance framework in alignment with business and security objectives. * Oversee the design, deployment, and operations of core IAM capabilities, including Identity Governance \& Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign\-On (SSO), and Multi\-Factor Authentication (MFA). * Manage, optimize, and evolve IAM platforms, including leading the end\-to\-end selection, procurement, and implementation of a new enterprise IAM platform to replace or augment existing tooling. * Drive the access lifecycle management process, including joiners, movers, and leavers (JML) workflows across all business units globally. * Establish and enforce role\-based access control (RBAC) and least\-privilege principles across enterprise applications and infrastructure. * Define, implement, and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal security policies. * Lead access certification campaigns and ensure timely remediation of access\-related risks. * Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes. * Define and track IAM KPIs and metrics, and present program status and risk insights to the CISO. * Evaluate and introduce emerging IAM technologies to evolve Visteon’s capabilities. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*** IAM Program Maturity: Measurable improvement in IAM capability maturity score year\-on\-year, tracked against an agreed framework. * Access Request SLA Compliance: 95%\+ of access requests fulfilled within SLA across all business units globally. * Access Certification Completion: 100% of scheduled certification campaigns completed on time; all high\-risk findings remediated within agreed timelines. * Privileged Account Coverage: 100% of privileged accounts under PAM management, with session recording active for all critical systems. * Orphaned \& Dormant Account Reduction: Quarter\-on\-quarter reduction in orphaned accounts and dormant access, targeting elimination within the first year. * Incident Response: All IAM\-related security incidents triaged within 2 hours; root cause and remediation plan delivered within 5 business days. * Team Development: All direct reports have active development plans; key certifications and training objectives are met annually. * IAM Platform Implementation: New platform selected and vendor engaged by the end of Q2; core modules live in production by the end of year one, with onboarding of the priority applications concluded. **Key Year\-One Deliverables:*** Within 30 days: Complete a full landscape assessment of existing IAM platforms, policies, team capabilities, and open risks; establish relationships with key stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units. * Within 90 days: Deliver an IAM strategy and roadmap for CISO review, including a new platform business case and vendor shortlist; define and baseline all core KPIs; assume full operational ownership of the IAM team and programme. * Within 6 months: Complete the first enterprise\-wide access certification campaign; significantly mature PAM controls for all privileged accounts; close the top three IAM risk findings identified in the landscape assessment. * Within 12 months: Deliver core modules of the new IAM platform into production with priority applications onboarded; establish a repeatable access governance cadence; present a programme health report to the CISO with year\-two objectives, including platform rollout completion. **Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:*** 5–10\+ years of experience in Identity \& Access Management, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. * Hands\-on experience with the leading platforms for identity governance and access certification. * Strong expertise in PAM platforms for privileged account and session management. * In\-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, PIM, and hybrid identity architectures. * Solid understanding of authentication protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth 2\.0, OIDC, and LDAP. * Experience managing enterprise SSO and MFA solutions (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator, Duo, or equivalent). * Demonstrated experience leading IAM teams and driving cross\-functional IAM projects to completion. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in a global, multi\-region enterprise environment with complex identity ecosystems. * Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles and their application to identity. * Experience with cloud IAM in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Background in access governance in highly regulated or large\-scale manufacturing environments. * Familiarity with ITDR (Identity Threat Detection \& Response) tools and concepts. * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for identity workflow automation. **Certifications** The following certifications are preferred:* Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC\-300\). * CISSP — Certified Information Systems Security Professional. * CISM — Certified Information Security Manager. **Key Behaviours:*** Evaluating Problems * Critical Thinking (Investigating Issues) * Collaboration (Building Relationships) * Communicating Information * Showing Resilience * Demonstrating Global Mindset * Processing Details * Driving Success **Reporting Structure:*** **Reports to:** Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) * **Location:** Palmela, Portugal. **In the fast lane** of technology.
