The role requires a data\-driven, digitally focused professional capable of managing campaigns, platforms, and performance while working closely with internal stakeholders and the global network. #### **Key Responsabilities** * Implement the global marketing plan in line with Brokerslink’s growth and positioning objectives * Define goals, KPIs, and measurable success criteria for campaigns and projects * Manage and optimise Salesforce to support targeted campaigns, segmentation, lead management, and automation * Analyse CRM data to generate insights that enhance engagement, improve the member experience, and support business development * Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and results * Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations * Collaborate with Business Management, Operations, and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities * Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure high\-quality, timely delivery of projects * Contribute innovative ideas to attract new affiliates, strengthen engagement, and reinforce Brokerslink’s global value proposition #### **Who you are** * 5\+ years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B, financial services, or professional services * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree an advantage * Professional or native\-level English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus * Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools * Analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing and KPI management * Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills * Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross\-functional teams * Proactive, hands\-on, and solution\-oriented approach * Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment #### **Who we are** Brokerslink is a global broking company that owns and manages a worldwide insurance broking network.
