Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. * Technically lead the Salesforce development team. * Design and architect complex solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. * Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog. * Create and maintain technical application documentation. * Manage infrastructure change requests. * Ensure the quality of deliverables and solve complex technical problems. * Collaborate with global and business teams to define technical solutions. * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field. * Up to 10 years of experience, with a specialization and hands\-on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. * Hands\-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for custom Marketing Cloud implementations. * Experience designing complex solutions and working on strategic projects. * Knowledge of the Energy \& Utilities sector and GDPR. * Critical thinking and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams; * Critical analysis and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira tool and Confluence. * Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
