This role offers strong exposure, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact every day. **Your main tasks** * Create and follow up on customer quotes in collaboration with Sales and ICS India * Monitor order intake via EDI, including daily workflow control and resolution of bocked IDOCs * Coordinate manual order entry and resolve order blocks or incomplete orders to prevent recurrence * Maintain and update customer profiles and master data, including cross\-references * Create, maintain, and analyze Excel\-based reports to track backlog, billings, bookings, KPIs, and customer performance * Manage open disputes, invoices, credits, and returns in cooperation with Finance, Sales, and CSSC India * Monitor backlog, STR performance, and KPIs, ensuring timely escalations and continuous improvement actions * Proactively communicate with Planning and Management to avoid premium freight costs and line stoppages * Analyze forecast and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities * Use TEOA tools and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to drive quality and customer satisfaction **Your ideal background** * Bachelor Degree * Experience in Customer Service of minimum 2 years is desirable * PC Knowledges in SAP, MS Office * Fluency in English language is required, further languages desirable **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
