We are strengthening the **Construction** team of **Petroassist – Engineering and Services** in **Guimarães**, with a **Construction Manager** (M/F). **A typical day for a Construction Manager…** \- Ensure supervision of all phases of projects and activities related to the EPC & IMT Construction Department; \- Coordinate team meetings and sessions with all stakeholders, including clients, promoting effective communication and collaborative problem-solving; \- Manage projects and all resources allocated to construction sites; \- Prepare technical and periodic activity reports for the department; \- Collaborate in the continuous development of teams through training programs and acquisition of new tools, ensuring skill updating and enhancement; \- Coordinate and liaise with various contractual management stakeholders, including clients, supervisory bodies, subcontractors, and others; \- Collaborate with departments to support company operations (e.g., procurement, logistics, backoffice & after-sales, commercial, engineering, among others); \- Comply with and ensure compliance with quality procedures; **What we expect from you?** \- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields; \- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles (mandatory); \- Registered with the Portuguese Order of Engineers and/or the Order of Technical Engineers (preferred); \- Knowledge of ERP SAP (an advantage); \- Proficiency in English (mandatory); \- Strong communication skills, high proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility; \- Dynamism, excellent planning ability, and problem-solving skills. **Here you will find…** \- A highly reputable corporate group; \- Engaging, motivating, national and international projects; \- A dynamic team and an innovative work environment; \- Continuous professional training and development; \- Various employee benefits currently in effect. **If you identify with the role’s requirements and believe you possess the desired profile to join our team, apply via email to careers@petrotec.com!** Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Free parking * Company mobile phone Work location: On-site
