Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams **Business Analyst Lead Expert** We are looking for a **Business Analyst Lead Expert** to join a strategic project in the insurance sector, focusing on business analysis, solution definition, and process optimization within **SAP FS\-CD** and **SAP Finance** environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; * Conduct workshops with stakeholders and develop functional specifications; * Support continuous improvement initiatives and process transformation; * Produce functional documentation and oversee solution implementation; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment between business and technology. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis; * Experience with SAP FS\-CD and SAP Finance; * Knowledge of the insurance sector; * Experience in stakeholder management and functional documentation; * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred). **Location:** Lisbon (hybrid model – 1 day per week onsite).
