Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Technician (m/f) to manage documentation, invoices, support financial closings, and ensure compliance with tax and ancillary obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in the management and organization of internal financial documentation 2. Support in monthly and annual closings and preparation of management reports 3. Participation in the analysis and continuous improvement of internal processes We are expanding our team and looking for an Accounting Technician (m/f) to join us. Main Responsibilities * Management, organization, and archiving of internal and financial documentation. * Collection, verification, and processing of invoices. * Regular communication with clients and other internal departments. * Issuance of invoices to clients and follow-up on the collection process. * Management of financial documents and support in preparing reports. * Execution of bank reconciliations and support to operational treasury. * Classification and accounting recording of all documents (including complex entries). * Preparation and support for monthly and annual closings. * Preparation of trial balances, schedules, and management support reports. * Preparation of review files and participation in the preparation of Financial Statements. * Ensuring compliance with periodic tax obligations (VAT, IRS, IRC, and others). * Guaranteeing submission and compliance with monthly and annual ancillary obligations. * Collaboration in the preparation and follow-up of audit work. * Active participation in the analysis and continuous improvement of internal processes.
