Overview: We are looking for a reliable and dedicated professional to join our team as an Accountant, based in Mem Martins. Responsibilities: * Record and process supplier and customer invoices. * Review and monitor supplier and customer portfolios. * Record manual payments and customer receipts. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Support collection dispute management. * Conduct internal controls (telephony, fleet, etc.). * Collaborate closely with external tax advisors to provide any information related to the company's legal obligations, both in tax filings and in preparing documentation for audits. * Other administrative tasks related to accounting. Qualifications: * Knowledge of accounting principles. * Advanced tax knowledge regarding the preparation and submission of VAT, IRC, and other mandatory taxes in Portugal. * Familiarity with SAP is valued. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience in administrative and tax-related tasks. * Languages: English (Advanced), Portuguese (Advanced), Spanish (Spoken). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
