We prioritize quality engagement and pipeline velocity over generic volume. ### **Role Overview** We're looking for an exceptional ABM \& Demand Generation Manager who can orchestrate our entire account\-based marketing programme while driving demand generation through paid advertising. This is a unique hybrid role that combines strategic ABM execution across all tiers (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) with hands\-on paid media management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data\-driven paid advertising and personalised, relationship\-driven ABM. You'll work closely with our VP of Marketing and Content Marketing Manager to execute integrated campaigns that move target accounts through the pipeline. ### **Key Responsibilities** **ABM Programme Management** * Own and execute our ABM strategy * Conduct account research and intelligence gathering for MQAs and SQAs * Map stakeholders and identify buying committee members * Design and execute highly personalised outreach and engagement programmes * Create account\-specific messaging and materials * Execute direct mail and executive engagement programmes * Drive LinkedIn social selling initiatives * Develop multi\-channel orchestration strategies **ABM Measurement \& Reporting** * Track account\-level engagement across all touchpoints * Report on pipeline influence from ABM activities * Monitor stakeholder engagement metrics * Execute on ABM measurement framework **Demand Generation \& Paid Advertising** * Manage all paid advertising across LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms * Optimise budget allocation across channels to maximise ROI * Execute performance optimisation and A/B testing * Define and implement campaign orchestration integrating paid ads with ABM * Create personalised paid ads for target ABM accounts * Build and maintain channel\-specific dashboards * Conduct multi\-channel performance analysis * Track and report on campaign performance **Demand Generation** * Drive review site optimisation strategy for G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius * Execute intent data strategy and activation * Activate website visits, social media interactions, and email engagement signals **Sales Development \& Pipeline Acceleration** * AI Agents Management * Configure manage and execute AI agents * Monitor performance and refine agent inputs * Train agents on successful examples * Escalate promising AI conversations to human follow\-up **Lead Management \& Sales Support** * Own lead routing and qualification processes * Manage MQL handoff processes to sales * Provide account\-specific briefings for sales team * Distribute competitive intelligence to sales * Share win/loss insights with relevant teams **Pipeline Acceleration** * Design and execute deal acceleration plays * Coordinate buying committee engagement * Support multi\-threading efforts in active opportunities **Intent \& Signals Activation** * Monitor and activate on intent data signals * Track website visits, social interactions, and email engagement * Coordinate response strategies for high\-intent activities **You'll Succeed If You...** ---------------------------- **Experience** * 4\-6 years in B2B SaaS marketing with demonstrable ABM and paid advertising experience * Proven ABM expertise managing programmes across multiple tiers (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) * Hands\-on paid media experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads * Track record of generating MQLs/SQAs through integrated ABM and paid campaigns * Experience with account\-based orchestration and multi\-channel campaigns * Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys in complex, enterprise sales environments **Technical Skills** * Expert\-level proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform) * Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager , Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising * Familiarity with AI tools **Core Competencies** \- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills \- can see the big picture whilst executing in the details \- Data\-driven decision maker \- uses metrics to optimise campaigns continuously \- Excellent communicator \- can articulate complex strategies to sales and leadership \- Highly organised \- manages multiple campaigns, accounts, and channels simultaneously \- Self\-starter \- thrives in a small team environment with autonomy \- Collaborative \- works effectively with sales, content, and product teams **Language \& Location** \- Fluent English (written and spoken) \- this is essential as we operate globally * Based in Portugal * Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team **Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have)** * Experience in travel technology, SaaS, or B2B enterprise software * Background in sales development or SDR management * Familiarity with programmatic advertising * Previous experience in startup or scale\-up environments * Understanding of AI agents and automation in sales/marketing **Interview Process** --------------------- 1\.
