Come be Inetum! **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** As a functional administrator, you will have to ensure the smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide level 1 support to the users during the quarterly closings. **Reporting:** Product Owner / Chapter Leader / Tribe Leader / Team Leader / Manager **Main Tasks.** You will be actors of the service and will actively participate to: * **Quarterly closings**: Your day\-to\-day activity during quarterly closings will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: + Create and manage the data entry environment + Create and manage the consolidation environment (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions) + Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, and data access groups) + Provide rudimentary support to the application users (credentials management, blocking controls solving, etc.) + Ensure the correct transfer of data between the consolidation tool and other company’s applications and databases (ERPs, data warehouses) and guarantee the quality of that data + Monitor the application via the administration console * **Process improvements:** + Participate to the implementation process improvements + Enrich existing technical documentation and create new * **Data knowledge development and financial business skills acquisition:** + Apply the above knowledge to improve and enrich the data model to fit the user’s demands To carry out these missions, **you will work in very close collaboration with other departments:** consolidation team, management accounting teams, IT… **Qualifications** **Background \- Professional / Academic:** * Financial and accounting knowledge * Information systems interest * Professional background about 3/4 years in an equivalent position **Languages:** * English B2 (mandatory (C1\) if you don’t speak French) * French B2 (Ideal (or less B1\) and agree to learn French) **Skills:** * Technical skills: + Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation application (not mandatory but nice to have) + Knowledge and interest in data modelling and database architecture + Basic consolidation knowledge + Basic IFRS standards * Soft skills: + Capacity for collaboration and organization + Good synthesis and communication skills to convey key messages + Excellent interpersonal skills. **Tools:** * Accounting and EPM tools (SAP FC (or similar), Hyperion Financial Management , , Oracle, Tagetik …) * Office tools (excel, word, PowerPoint) \- Data tools (SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku…) **Other details:** * Ability to travel within of Portugal * Ability to travel outside of Portugal * Ability to work remotely * Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances (oncalls…) * Hybrid mode (2 days per week at the office – subject to evolution) **Additional Information** Modelo híbrido, 50/50
