Work in an environment based on equity, integrity, and diversity ###### **WORKPLACE:** **Portugal (Remote)** ###### **PROFILE:** * Higher education in Information Technology; * Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in similar roles and 5 years in the IT sector; * Proven experience in standard service requests, change management, and provisioning; * Experience in Azure Monitoring: Azure platform, Azure resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, Azure services such as managed databases, etc.; * Experience in Azure incident resolution: technical support, incident resolution, and coordination with suppliers when necessary; * Experience in Azure administration: operating system management, patch management, Kubernetes (AKS), backup management, tags, dashboards, etc.; * Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): reviewing or developing new Terraform code or Azure DevOps pipelines; * Solid knowledge of installing, configuring, and managing Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022\); * Good knowledge of management and troubleshooting in AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO); * Experience in monitoring and optimizing system performance, including capacity planning and resource allocation; * Good knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux systems; * Experience in AWS administration will be valued; * Azure certifications; * Windows Server Administrator certification will be valued; * Good knowledge of English and Spanish (level B2/C1\); * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and attention to detail; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy. ###### **WORK WITH US:** * With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT; * At Rumos, consultants integrate highly challenging projects, based on the latest technology and in the most diverse sectors of activity; * Rumos consultants have access to a certified training plan, which offers a constant update of technical skills; * Rumos, as an employer, has job opportunities based on equity, integrity and diversity.
