Promote continuous improvement of reliability indicators. ##### **Job Description** BASI Laboratories – Pharmaceutical Industry, located in Mortágua, is a reference company in its sector, with over 50 years of history. The company is currently looking to strengthen its Engineering and Maintenance team: MAINTENANCE MANAGER (m/f) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define preventive and corrective maintenance plans for utilities, infrastructure systems, and facilities; * Prepare, review, and approve intervention reports and technical documentation associated with maintenance activities performed; * Plan and control maintenance activities according to priority and availability; * Coordinate and plan equipment dismantling, installation, and commissioning; * Ensure diagnosis of failures and unplanned stoppages, analysis of reliability indicators, and root-cause analysis of failures; * Propose measures and strategies to reduce downtime; * Promote improvement of reliability indicators for production lines and processes, aiming to enhance their performance and availability; * Collect and analyze data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of processes; * Monitor execution of maintenance services provided by external entities; * Ensure the Energy Management System (EMS) is established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved; * And other duties. ##### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; * Previous experience in a similar role; * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (highly valued); * Solid knowledge of Mechanics, Electricity/Electronics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics; * Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and Water Treatment; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); If you are interested in this position, please send your CV to: recrutamento@groupfhc.pt
