This personal and leadership development program enables you to invest in your own growth while helping ensure that all children—regardless of where they live—have access to quality education. **Job Description** **Teach For Portugal (TFP)**, part of the global **Teach For All** network, works to ensure that all children have access to an education that unlocks their full potential. As a **TFP Mentor**, you will join, for **2 years**, an **educational community** situated in a context of vulnerability, supporting teachers in the classroom and developing **projects that respond to local needs**, contributing to a future of greater opportunities for students. **What We Offer?** * A two-year formative, professional, and paid Leadership Development Program; * Gross remuneration of €29,000, distributed across the 22 months of the full-time contract; * \+ 300 hours of training, including 4 weeks of initial intensive residential training (theoretical and practical); * Individualized pedagogical and leadership mentoring by a pedagogical tutor; * Internal and external job shadowing: opportunity to explore other contexts related to education or social impact during the summer between the two program years; * Career mentoring; * Benefits policy (in accordance with organizational agreements); * Real and direct impact inside and outside the classroom. **This Program Is Right for You If:** * You possess these five competencies: Alignment with TFP’s mission and vision; Growth mindset; Collaboration; Constructive discontent; Emotional intelligence. * You hold a completed bachelor’s degree by September 2026; * You are geographically available for the areas where we are recruiting; * You are fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level of English; * You aim to contribute long-term to fields such as Education, Social Economy, Public Policy, or related areas through your career. **Do You Want to Be Part of the Change?** Start with yourself.
