Job Summary: Provide home-based care for patients with respiratory conditions, performing interventions, implementing procedures, and educating patients on the safe use of equipment. Patient education on the safe use of equipment Gasoxmed is a part of Air Liquide Company with 20 years of experience in Home Respiratory Care in Portugal. Provides services in Oxygenotherapy, Ventilotherapy, Aerosoltherapy. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** You can grow and develop with us by providing home-based respiratory care to patients in your region. * Provide home-based care in your region for ventilotherapy patients, primarily CPAP and ACPAP therapies and/or other therapies through the following planned or urgent interventions: Treatment initiations Equipment exchange and functionality checks Patient follow-up, including verification of home installation Prescription collection Treatment terminations * Implement all company requirements and procedures originating from the following areas: Safety procedures Internal procedures BU procedures and guidelines Legal and regulatory procedures related to Good Distribution Practices and Home Delivery * Educate patients to ensure all procedures are applied onsite, particularly ensuring equipment is installed and maintained in a safe location and that patients understand and comply with safety rules * Daily submission of all service-related information via the HOMES system, or manually if not possible: Ensure data reliability for accurate system entry Submit all documents defined in procedures daily Manage your daily operational stock * Prescription Collection: Daily tracking of prescription information listed on intervention forms, and timely reminders to all patients for prescription submission Ensure collection of necessary prescription codes for treatment billing Delivery of RSF at treatment initiation, where applicable Ensure accurate recording of interventions for prescription collection in Chorus **Are you a Match?** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Valid driver's license (mandatory) **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
