Your mission is to ensure objectives are met while maintaining satisfied, loyal customers and an engaged team—all aligned with company policy. ##### **How will you do it?** ##### **Active participation in the Management Committee:** You’ll fully engage in the Management Committee, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to drive company success. ##### **Control of the Profit & Loss Account:** You’ll rigorously monitor the P&L account, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize resources and maximize benefits. ##### **Coordination and leadership of the sales team:** You’ll lead by example and effectively coordinate your sales team, inspiring them to reach their full potential and fostering a collaborative, motivating environment. ##### **Problem resolution and priority setting:** You’ll proactively resolve problems—quickly identifying challenges and making effective decisions to overcome them.
