The selected candidate will interact directly with customers and assist with sales, organization, and restocking activities. Main Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide support during purchases. * Clarify questions regarding products, prices, and availability. * Process sales and perform basic cashier operations. * Restock products and verify their availability. * Maintain an organized and well-kept sales area. * Support preparation of campaigns and promotional materials. * Monitor customer orders and address related inquiries. * Collaborate with the team on daily store tasks. Requirements * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Professional attitude and service orientation. * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proficiency in using computer systems. * Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred. * Good command of Portuguese; English is an advantage.
