Dynamic work environment Lab Francediet is looking for a **Factory Production Operator** to strengthen its team in Aveiro. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment; * Perform preparation, production, filling, and packaging tasks; * Supply production lines with required materials; * Inspect product quality during the production process; * Meet defined production plans and objectives; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation; * Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety standards; * Record and report identified incidents or anomalies. **Desired Profile:** * Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in food, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors; * Experience operating industrial machinery is an advantage; * Ability to perform manual tasks and work on a production line; * Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Enthusiasm, punctuality, and willingness to learn; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residence in Aveiro or nearby areas. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing company; * Initial training and continuous support; * A dynamic work environment; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
