Description * Public service with emphasis on personalized pharmaceutical counseling; * Support in therapeutic management and pharmacotherapeutic monitoring of patients; * Preparation and validation of orders, and receipt of medications; * Active participation in health campaigns and screening programs; * Collaboration in group clinical projects (therapeutic monitoring, medication adherence programs); * Support in back-office activities, ensuring smooth service operation.
