We are recruiting the following profile: Performance Tech Lead \- Hybrid Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related field; * Proven experience in Java (Fullstack); * Solid database knowledge: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB; * Practical experience with AWS or Azure; * Fluent in English; The experience we offer: * Regular follow-up by your Manager brings alignment, clarity, and motivation.
