Job Summary: We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to develop digital educational content, integrating into the client's team to deliver innovative visual solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Work autonomously and as part of a team with proactivity We are looking for a **Multimedia Designer** to join the client's team and collaborate on developing digital educational content for both face-to-face training and eLearning. If you have experience creating and implementing innovative visual solutions, this opportunity is for you! **Mandatory Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Design, Multimedia, Audiovisuals, Web Design, Cinema**, or equivalent fields; * Proven experience in **Graphic Design and/or Web Design, Multimedia**, applied to professional training content (minimum 5 years); * Pedagogical Competence Certificate (PCC) for Trainers. **Preferred Requirements:** * Experience in designing and producing **graphic content**, and editing images and video using **Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere)**; * Experience in defining and implementing **communication strategies** and **digital marketing**, with a focus on promoting projects, campaigns, and initiatives. * Experience in **social media management**, including editorial planning, content production, community management, and performance analysis. * Experience in **producing content** for various communication channels, notably **websites, newsletters, email marketing, social media, and institutional materials.** * Knowledge of email marketing tools, digital campaign management, and metric analysis (e.g., Brevo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or equivalents). * Knowledge of **web accessibility and usability**, in accordance with **W3C guidelines**. **We Value:** * Creativity and capacity for innovation; * Attention to detail and user experience orientation; * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; * Proactivity and enthusiasm for continuous learning. **Benefits for Employees:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and seniority gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
