Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure management Join Axians, where innovation grows on trust and autonomy, and every challenge is an opportunity to build technology with impact. **Datacenter & Private Cloud Team Lead** **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for a professional whose mission will be to manage the **Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure**, ensuring **high availability**, **security**, **performance**, and **efficiency** of the organization's critical services, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Management of **datacenter and physical infrastructure** (racks, power, cooling, security); * Ensuring LAN/WAN network **availability and performance**; * Administration of **virtualization platforms** (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems (SAN/NAS); * Defining **backup and disaster recovery strategies**; * Ensuring **operational security** (firewalls, IDS/IPS); * **Technical team leadership and development**, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement; * **Service monitoring**, incident and change management (ITIL); * Identifying **opportunities for technological optimization and innovation**. **Your Key Competencies** * Strong **technical knowledge** across multiple areas including **Networking** (Cisco, Fortinet or similar), **Virtualization** (VMware and Hyper-V), **Storage** (Dell, Huawei, SAN Switching), **Backup** (Dell, Avamar, Veeam), and **Operating Systems** (Linux/Windows Server); * Solid knowledge of **networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and operating systems**; * Experience in **complex, high-availability environments**; * **Familiarity with ITIL** and focus on SLAs. **Your Key Qualifications** * **Bachelor's/Master's degree** in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field; * Certifications (VMware, Cisco, ITIL) and knowledge of **automation/scripting** are highly valued. **What We Offer** * Tailored benefits With our flexible benefits system, you can customize part of your compensation according to your priorities: health, technology, mobility, training, retirement, family, or financial compensation. * Be part of the growth After six months, you can become a shareholder of the VINCI Group through the CASTOR program and directly share in the results you help build every day. * We care about your well-being We provide Health and Life Insurance to all employees.
