Job Summary: We are seeking a Manual Tester to strengthen our team in Lisbon, focused on manual testing, requirements analysis, and defect management in innovative technology projects. Regular mentoring plan We are recruiting a **Manual Tester** (m/f) to reinforce our Lisbon team, with the possibility of hybrid working. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields (preferred); * Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing; * Experience in web and mobile testing; * Experience with testing tools; * Ability to analyze requirements, create/execute/manage test cases, conduct test cycles, and manage defects; * Experience with Jira and Confluence; * Experience with agile methodologies; * ISTQB certification (an advantage). **What we offer:** * Flexible work arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in innovative and internationally scaled technology projects; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
