




Job Summary: Responsible and organized professional for fleet management, performing vehicle transfers and ensuring accurate updating of vehicle records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle collection and distribution for fleet management and reservations 2. Coordination with operational teams and fleet management 3. Fleet registration and monitoring through internal systems What We Look for in Candidates: * Experience in distribution roles; * Geographic knowledge of the Algarve region; * Computer literacy; * Availability for occasional vehicle relocations outside the Algarve region; * Responsible and organized. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Collecting and distributing vehicles among stores, parking lots, and depots according to fleet and reservation needs; * Organizing and executing vehicle transfers between locations (e.g., between airports and train stations) to balance fleet availability; * Ensuring all vehicle movements are accurately recorded in internal systems; * Reporting and documenting any observed anomalies or damages to the maintenance/fleet team; * Ensuring accurate updating of fleet records, including mileage, location, and vehicle condition; * Supporting effective fleet inventory management; * Using computer tools and internal management systems to monitor the fleet; * Coordinating with operational teams, maintenance staff, customer reception, and fleet managers to streamline processes; * Communicating priority vehicle redistribution needs to meet demand peaks; * Collaborating with the reservations team to anticipate vehicle relocation requirements; * Processing vehicle intake and release (New/Used) into and out of the fleet.
