Position Summary **Location:** Faro \| Fórum Algarve **Company:** Nestlé Nespresso SA **Schedule:** Full-Time **Contract Type:** Fixed-Term Contract **As Shift Leader, your main responsibilities will be:** Ensure the daily smooth operation of the Boutique to guarantee sales performance and customer service level. Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador in the Boutique; Welcome, advise, and guide our customers on our campaigns and products, in accordance with Nespresso quality standards; Manage and motivate the team, and ensure training and coaching of Boutique Coffee Specialists; Act in compliance with Nespresso’s Quality, Food Safety, and SHE systems, meeting all applicable legal, internal, and regulatory requirements for Nestlé Portugal SA, Nespresso. A day in the life of… Monitor and promote the Boutique’s service level according to Nespresso requirements, continuously evaluating service quality and providing ongoing feedback to Coffee Specialists; KPI analysis and follow-up; Anticipate operational needs across all areas and ensure appropriate stock levels at all times, place orders, and verify deliveries; Contribute to maintaining the Boutique’s visual presentation in line with company policy; Advise customers and potential customers on Nespresso products and services.
