Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative focused on developing new partnerships with sports clubs and athletic organizations, managing the full sales cycle and supporting the partner portfolio. GESBE Saúde, a leading group in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and sports medicine serving clubs across Portugal, is expanding its sales team. With 16 years of activity, over 80 professionals, 68 active nationwide agreements, and more than 16\.000 athletes supported, we seek a Sales Representative focused on developing new partnerships with sports clubs and athletic organizations. **Your responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire sports clubs (football and other disciplines) in the North and Central regions, presenting GESBE Saúde’s medical department agreements; * Manage the full sales cycle: initial contact, meetings with club leadership, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing; * Support the portfolio of partner clubs, ensuring renewals and identifying growth opportunities (training sessions, screenings, sports medical examinations); * Record and manage sales activities in CRM; * Represent the brand at events, tournaments, and district football associations. **What we’re looking for:** * B2B sales experience (preferably in healthcare, sports, or services); * Genuine knowledge of the sports and associative ecosystem—you understand how a club operates internally and speak the language of club executives; * Strong field prospecting ability and comfort conducting meetings with leadership; * Autonomy, goal orientation, and resilience; * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (mandatory). **What we offer:** * Integration into a growing healthcare group and national reference in sports; * Base salary \+ uncapped commissions on acquired agreements; * Initial clinical portfolio training and close mentoring by management; * Real prospects for career progression aligned with the group's growth.
