Commitment, punctuality, and teamwork Reporting to the respective store manager and supervisors, The candidate will ensure excellent customer service by providing solutions tailored to customers' needs. Conversely, the candidate must support necessary operations to maximize sales opportunities. **KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** A. * Prioritize customer service * Pay maximum attention to customers' needs and purchase intentions. * Be familiar with current promotions and the store's daily/weekly sales targets, actively pursuing sales to achieve them. * Acquire knowledge of MUJI products as well as appropriate sales techniques, * bestsellers, or others. * Follow MUJI guidelines to maintain product presentation and handling standards. * Know the best-selling product lines and ensure their availability in-store. * Maintain the sales area and staff areas (cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation) in good condition. * Proactively maintain store standards and product assortment. C. · Assist with deliveries by performing required tasks * Use all store equipment and systems—including cash registers—efficiently and effectively. * Be fully familiar with the barcode scanner. * Understand customer delivery processes and email order procedures. * Know stock control systems and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Provide support, when required, for stock control methods—including inventory, sales preparation, and labeling. * Assist the responsible team regarding security and cash control matters. * Comply with company security procedures. * Be aware of and follow company health and safety guidelines. * Ensure best practices for "manual handling" are consistently applied in-store. * Know company guidelines on occupational hazards. * Ensure compliance with practices detailed in the employee operations manual. * Respect existing regulations and legislation, especially those relevant to your role. * Ability to follow procedures and guidelines. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work in a team and contribute to its success. * Commitment and punctuality. * Flexible working hours. * Intermediate English proficiency and fluent Portuguese required. * Prior retail experience, especially in clothing, accessories, home goods, etc. * Excellent customer service Compensation: €1,500.00 – €3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Housing allowance Work location: On-site
