Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and efficiently manage reservations at a restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Remuneration commensurate with experience We seek a dynamic, customer-oriented Receptionist who will serve as the restaurant’s first point of contact — in person and by telephone — and ensure efficient reservation management in coordination with the management team. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer telephone calls courteously and professionally, addressing inquiries and recording requests * Manage and organize the reservation system, ensuring proper allocation across restaurant areas * Coordinate with managers to optimize table occupancy and anticipate peak service periods * Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, guiding\-them to their assigned tables * Manage waiting lists during periods of high demand * Proactively communicate relevant information (special events, menus, promotions) to customers * Provide occasional administrative support to management **Desired Profile** * Prior experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role (preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese * Knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus * Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work under pressure * Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and customer orientation * Familiarity with digital reservation management tools (or willingness and ability to learn) **What We Offer** * Integration into an experienced team and a dynamic work environment * Initial training and ongoing support * Remuneration commensurate with experience Type of Position: Full-time Compensation: €1,100.00 per month Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/voucher * Free parking * Health insurance
