If you are a dedicated and proactive QA (Quality Assurance) professional, we want you to join our Quality Assurance Department. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of compliance, ensuring that our products, processes, and procedures meet the highest global quality standards and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be a key pillar in maintaining product integrity and patient safety. Your Key Responsibilities * Quality Culture: Actively promote and build a robust compliance culture at the Alcochete site. * Document Management: Serve as Document Controller, ensuring all SOPs, work instructions, and records are traceable and up to date. * Batch Review: Lead batch documentation review in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). * QMS Oversight: Implement and monitor deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and risk management reports. * Audits and Inspections: Conduct internal self-inspections and provide critical support during external regulatory inspections. * Training: Deliver essential quality training to the wider team. What We Look for in You * Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field. * Experience: Prior experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or cannabis industry is highly valued. * Competencies: * Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential to collaborate effectively with our international teams. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * A proactive, empathetic, and multitasking mindset. * Ability to communicate effectively across different functional areas and cultural contexts.
