Job Summary: We are seeking a Professional Intern in Continuous Improvement to support the identification of process improvement opportunities and participate in projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Professional Intern \- Continuous Improvement**, based in **Almeirim**. Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE:** As part of the **Continuous Improvement Department**, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the identification of improvement opportunities in production and/or administrative processes; * Participating in Continuous Improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and others); * Analyzing processes, collecting data, and monitoring performance indicators; * Collaborating on the implementation and monitoring of improvement actions; * Preparing reports and supporting the team in analyzing results. **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:** * Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Production, or similar); * Interest in Continuous Improvement and process optimization; * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and results orientation; * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; * Knowledge of Lean tools (valued).
