We are recruiting a **Metal Structure Assembler** to strengthen our assembly teams. **Job Description:** · Assemble industrial metal structures in accordance with assembly technical drawings and project specifications. · Assemble civil ironwork components (gates, railings, stairs, and other types of light metal structures). · Ensure correct installation and securing of components, reporting any detected non\-conformities. · Perform on\-site ironwork tasks (welding, cutting, drilling, etc.). · Prepare materials and tools required for task execution. · Operate and maintain lifting equipment, as well as electric and manual tools. · Strictly comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures. **We seek candidates with the following profile:** · Proven experience assembling structures on construction sites, preferably metal structures. · Experience working at height (mandatory) · Physical dexterity and proficiency in using manual and electric tools; · Experience in the metalworking sector, specifically in metal structures and/or civil ironwork (preferred); · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (an asset); · Proactivity and ability to take initiative in task execution and problem resolution; · Ability to work in a team and foster good interpersonal relationships; · Sense of responsibility, attendance, and punctuality; · Residence in the Fátima/Leiria region. · Valid driver’s license; · Availability for nationwide travel. · Immediate availability; **We offer:** · Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance; · Integration into a solid and growing company; If you believe you have the right profile to join our team, please send your application, including your CV and a brief motivation letter, to maiaperfil@maiaperfil.pt.
