Development of preventive maintenance programs REPSOL IN SINES IS LOOKING TO HIRE **Maintenance Work Planner** We are seeking a professional to work at the Sines Industrial Complex as a Work Planner for static and dynamic equipment. Your main mission will be to prepare work for the execution of maintenance on static equipment and other trades, in accordance with the Company’s established Ethics and Conduct Principles, and Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Apply planning techniques based on work preparations, promoting coordination of sequential activities and ensuring availability of necessary resources to commence execution; * Schedule and plan work according to agreed deadlines and assign processes to relevant stakeholders; * Monitor and control work execution to implement necessary adjustments due to delays or accelerations, whenever justified by circumstances; * Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs; * Prepare statistical reports related to maintenance activities; * Draft service specifications/tender documents and validate technical offers for materials and services. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 12th grade education, with experience in preparation, planning, and budgeting of maintenance work across various specialties; * Experience in executing or coordinating/supervising maintenance work on-site; * Proficiency in standard computer applications, including SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Project; * Solid knowledge of static and dynamic equipment maintenance, welded construction, and applied materials; * Positive attitude, initiative, collaboration and teamwork, responsibility, and results orientation; * Languages: Portuguese — native language, English — B1, Spanish — B1. **WE OFFER** A positive working environment focused on quality and rigor.
