Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Almeirim Center, responsible for periodic maintenance, repairs, assembly, and optimization of electrical/mechanical facilities and equipment. YOUR CHALLENGE As part of the Maintenance Department at the Almeirim industrial unit, the employee will assume the following responsibilities: Carry out scheduled periodic maintenance in accordance with work orders and the maintenance plan; Perform repairs arising from the production process to ensure line efficiency; Carry out assembly and modifications to electrical installations and equipment; Contribute to and suggest continuous improvements for optimizing electrical/mechanical installations, equipment, and facilities; Analyze and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and technical drawings to resolve potential issues and ensure proper operation of installations and equipment, while complying with rules and procedures; Conduct analysis/diagnosis during maintenance interventions for control and execution of requests, as well as for preparing intervention reports. WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Technical Professional Course in Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, Industrial Maintenance and/or 12th grade Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in the industrial sector; Knowledge of technical drawing (preferred); Knowledge of Mechatronic Systems (preferred); User-level computer skills; Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and strong analytical capability; Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal/communication skills; Availability to work rotating shifts.
