Manage and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations **LOGISTICS MANAGER (M/F) \| Azeitão, Setúbal** We are a company with nearly two centuries of history in the production and commercialization of table wines and fortified wines. With a strong national and international presence, we seek to strengthen our team by integrating a **Logistics Manager**, playing a strategic role in managing and optimizing our logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and control the logistics area budget; * Coordinate and manage the team, promoting development and operational efficiency; * Define, analyze, and monitor logistics KPIs; * Ensure execution and optimization of logistics operations (inbound and outbound); * Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of new projects; * Ensure inventory management and stock control; * Manage fiscal warehouses and ensure compliance with obligations related to the Special Consumption Tax (IEC) before the Tax Authority; * Supervise warehouse operations; * Negotiate with logistics suppliers (analysis, prospecting, and selection); * Ensure and optimize transport management for national distribution; * Manage and monitor the pallet pool; * Identify team training needs. **Profile:** * Higher education degree in Logistics, Management, or related field; * Relevant experience in logistics management roles; * Knowledge of warehouse, transport, and stock management; * Experience managing teams; * Strong analytical ability and results orientation; * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills; * Knowledge of applicable legal framework (IEC and fiscal warehouses knowledge is an advantage). **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid company with strong market positioning; * A challenging project with direct impact on operations; * Compensation commensurate with proven experience.
