Working with market-leading brands in the pharmaceutical sector. **Junior Product Manager** We are a distributor of market-leading brands in the pharmaceutical sector and are expanding our Marketing team by hiring a **Junior Product Manager**. We seek a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented individual eager to grow and develop competencies in brand management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in developing and implementing marketing plans for various brands; * Propose, develop, and adapt point-of-sale (POS) materials; * Plan, manage, and execute digital and influencer marketing campaigns; * Monitor product lifecycle: forecasting, sales analysis, and campaign impact evaluation; * Control and manage the marketing budget; * Support the sales team by providing necessary tools and materials; * Conduct market and competitive analyses; **What We Are Looking For** * Proactive and dynamic, capable of working autonomously, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines; * Excellent communication and organizational skills; * 1–2 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields; * Fluency in English, both spoken and written; **Conditions:** * Join a dynamic and collaborative team in an environment that promotes *work\-life balance*, with opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and compensation aligned with the role and experience. * Annual gross salary: €15,000 – €20,000, commensurate with candidate’s experience and profile.
