Responsibilities: \- Quality and food safety control throughout the entire process (harvesting, storage, and distribution); \- Implementation and monitoring of HACCP systems; \- Supervision of preservation and packaging processes; \- Support during audits and compliance with legal regulations; \- Collaboration with production, logistics, and technical teams. Profile: \- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Level 6 or 7\) in Food Engineering; \- Eligible for IEFP internship\- Dynamic, creative, and critical-thinking individual; \- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; \- Immediate availability.
