Promotion of an ethical, transparent, and responsible culture **Description:** ---------------- * Conduct internal audits in financial, operational, and asset-related areas, ensuring a systematic, independent, and continuous improvement-oriented approach; * Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of internal control systems, risk management, and governance, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing appropriate corrective actions; * Prepare, validate, and present audit reports with clear conclusions and recommendations addressed to management bodies and other stakeholders; * Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring follow-up on corrective actions and continuous improvement of processes and internal controls; * Promote an organizational culture grounded in ethics, transparency, and responsibility, contributing to strengthened integrity and trust within the organization. * **Requirements** * Higher education degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or Law; * Professional experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or Financial/Business areas; * In-depth knowledge of international internal auditing standards (GIAS), as well as the regulatory framework applicable to the public sector; * Professional certifications: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), IAP (Internal Audit Practitioner), ROC (Official Auditor of Accounts); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Valid driver's license; * Availability to travel for work purposes; * English language proficiency; * Immediate availability (preferred). **We Offer** * Effective integration into an ongoing project; * Continuous professional training; * Social benefits currently in effect at the company; * Transportation facilities IP (Train stations of Alcântara\-Mar, Alcântara\-Terra and/or Pragal).
