




Job Summary: We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician for installation and maintenance of equipment, database configuration, and technical support to points of sale, with a focus on organization and problem resolution. Learning and development environment with a young and dynamic team We are recruiting a Helpdesk Technician for a company specialized in the distribution and commercialization of publications. **Responsibilities:** \- Installation and maintenance of point-of-sale (POS) computer equipment; \- SQL Server database configuration; \- Configuration of billing hardware and software (Sage 50C and Zonesoft); \- Ticket management and response to technical intervention requests, with logging in CRM platform; \- Provision of technical assistance to points of sale (remote and on-site). **Requirements:** \- Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; \- Solid knowledge of POS systems, SQL Server, and billing software; \- Organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability; \- Good communication skills and customer orientation; \- English language proficiency (spoken and written); \- Immediate availability. **Offer:** \- Sustainable project; \- Base salary: €1,200; \- Meal allowance: €7/day; \- Learning and development environment; \- Integration into a young and dynamic team; The Clan will process the personal data you submit through your application, as well as any attached documents, for the purpose of managing candidate contacts within the scope of recruitment and selection.
