Job Summary: We are seeking a Heavy-Duty Driver for goods transportation and distribution, responsible for logistics operations and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: Drive heavy vehicles for goods transportation and distribution; Perform loading and unloading, ensuring proper cargo stowage; Deliver goods to customers, including face-to-face deliveries and on-site deliveries; Receive, inspect, and handle goods; Ensure cargo organization and preservation during transportation; Complete and verify documentation related to deliveries and transportation; Comply with internal procedures, safety rules, and applicable road transport legislation. Mandatory Requirements: Valid driving license appropriate for heavy vehicles; Valid Driver's Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP); Valid tachograph card; Previous professional experience as a heavy-duty driver; Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility; Availability and flexibility to undertake travel required by the role; Valid Citizen Card or Residence Permit. Preferred Requirements: Experience in goods transportation and distribution; Experience in on-site deliveries or direct customer contact; Familiarity with local routes and the Algarve region; Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures; Basic knowledge of transport documentation; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Responsible, autonomous, dynamic profile with strong time-management orientation.
