We seek professionals to join our internal operations team for service provisioning—both in telecommunications and energy—as well as for managing the customer contractual lifecycle. **Context and Responsibilities**: * Integration into the operations team to provide and support the full contractual lifecycle of customers for telephone services (business segment) and energy services (all segments); * Support for service provisioning on the company’s internal platforms and on third-party platforms inherent to the business structure; * Support for activities and operations in relations with entities in the energy sector responsible for distribution systems and networks; * Contribution to the effective execution and continuous improvement of G9’s internal operational processes. **Required Competencies**: * Ability to learn, understand processes, and work collaboratively in a team; * Demonstrated organizational and process management capabilities; * Reliability in performing assigned tasks.
