Job Summary: We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in railway construction projects to join our team working on challenging and technically high-quality projects. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in challenging projects with high technical quality PMT – Project Coordination and Management is strengthening its team by hiring a Quantity Surveyor (m/f) with proven experience in railway construction projects for the Vendas Novas line. Required Profile: Minimum of 9 years of formal education, supplemented by training in civil construction. Minimum of 5 years of experience in measurement and cost estimation activities within civil construction. Desirable Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and professional ethics; Analytical rigor and attention to detail in executing and controlling on-site activities; Solid knowledge of planning, production control, and construction cost management, preferably in railway or large-scale projects; Ability to interpret project documentation, measurement certificates, and specifications; Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project; Proactivity, critical thinking, and decision-making capability in on-site environments; Training in Railway Safety – SF1 will be considered an advantage.
