They are currently seeking a General Manager to join their team based in the Albufeira area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and implement the company’s commercial strategy, with a focus on growth in the B2C market; * Manage relationships with key clients and oversee strategic negotiations; * Supervise the production department, carry out production planning, and monitor quality assurance and maintenance processes; * Analyze and manage production performance (KPIs); * Coordinate operational and administrative departments to ensure internal process efficiency; * Ensure adherence to production timelines to guarantee product quality and timely order fulfillment; * Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in industrial sectors or construction-related industries (e.g., glass, aluminum); * Strategic vision combined with a practical and operational approach; * Experience in team management; * Dynamism, proactivity, and assertiveness; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills; * Ability to make sound decisions.
