Your Mission as W\&D Support: Execute the end-to-end logistics operation planning process for NOVADIS, ensuring defined service levels as well as compliance with all applicable legal requirements and business KPIs (logistics efficiency).
Support the execution of all warehouse activities to achieve defined service levels and high standards of quality and safety in the warehouse.
To whom you will report: Distribution Supervisor
Location: Camarate
Your Responsibilities:
* Analyze the daily sales map to identify orders failing to meet defined process requirements and apply the defined decision matrix;
* Execute route planning using defined IT systems and processes to optimize NOVADIS resource utilization;
* Ensure timely delivery of delivery maps information to PDAs;
* Adjust human resource requirements per route, considering cargo weight and/or other variables, to ensure service level compliance, NOVADIS safety principles, and applicable legal requirements;
* Ensure daily reporting to the entire sales and distribution team regarding the next day’s planning, identifying deviations from sales maps and other alerts;
* Support the site management team in executing administrative tasks according to defined processes and procedures, within agreed deadlines, to positively contribute to site quality and organization;
* Support the preparation and implementation of warehouse operating procedures and all physical warehouse space, including the packaging and stock goods area, complying with the FEFO policy;
* Support warehouse operational activities, including:
+ Unloading and loading of goods onto heavy vehicles;
+ Performing vehicle and packaging unloading, verification, and stowing;
+ Supporting stock management, inventories, and goods verification;
+ Performing warehouse picking activities;
+ Supporting and accompanying the General Inventory as required by business needs;
+ Supporting the picking process.
What we expect from you:
* Completed secondary education (12th grade);
* Forklift operator license (preferred);
* Minimum 1–2 years’ professional experience in warehouse and/or distribution roles;
* Experience in route planning (preferred);
* Strong communication and organizational skills;
* Dynamism and resilience;
* Good user-level computer skills, particularly Excel;
* User-level SAP knowledge (preferred);
* Good knowledge of the Lisbon region;
* Working hours: 06:00–15:00 or 13:00–22:00;
* Possession of legally required documents for employment in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion criterion).
