Support the coordination of schedules, rooms, and digital platforms We are seeking a **Professional Internship | Training Technician** to join the **ISQ Academy** Directorate of the Institute of Welding and Quality, in Oeiras. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the operational management of ongoing training projects under the supervision of the project team; * Collaborate in the daily follow-up of clients, trainers, and trainees; * Support the coordination of schedules, calendars, rooms, digital platforms, and logistical resources; * Support the management of registrations, technical-pedagogical documentation, certifications, and mandatory records; * Collaborate in organizing and updating the Technical-Pedagogical Dossier for training activities; * Support data collection for execution reports and monitoring indicators; * Participate in handling requests, complaints, and non-conformities, supporting the implementation of corrective actions; * Update information in management systems and training platforms; * Act in accordance with internal procedures, management systems, applicable standards, and regulations. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social and Human Sciences, Management, Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of pedagogy/andragogy and project management (academic or in progress); * Organization and planning skills; * Ability to provide operational project follow-up; * Familiarity with training management and DGERT processes; * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel/Sheets, Teams, training platforms); * Effective oral and written communication skills; * Ability to establish cooperative relationships with clients, trainers, and internal teams; Sense of responsibility and customer orientation; * Ability to work in a team and learn in a professional context; * Support for the follow-up, control, and evaluation of training projects; * Support for managing resources assigned to training; * Support for continuous improvement of project execution processes. **Work Location**: Oeiras If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the required qualifications, you may submit your application via **APPLY NOW** or visit the **ISQ Opportunities** page.
