Opportunity for learning in a professional context We are seeking a **Professional Internship \| Training Technician** to join the **ISQ Academy** Directorate of the Institute of Welding and Quality, located in Grijó. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure all activities related to implementing the training process, including preparation, monitoring, and closure of training sessions; * Support ISQ Academy’s management in pedagogical coordination of training activities, ensuring alignment with the team of trainers and trainees; * Provide daily customer service; * Monitor and support trainees and trainers; * Organize and manage the Technical\-Pedagogical Dossier for each training session; * Evaluate service quality; * Participate in the analysis and handling of complaints and ensure implementation of corrective actions arising from non-conformities; * Act in accordance with work procedures, Management Systems, standards, regulations, and applicable recommendations for the activity. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social and Human Sciences; * Academic knowledge in Management, Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields is valued; * Basic understanding of pedagogy/andragogy and project management (academic or ongoing); * Ability to operationally monitor projects; * Familiarity with training management and DGERT processes; * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel/Sheets, Teams, training platforms); * Effective oral and written communication skills; * Ability to establish cooperative relationships with customers, trainers, and internal teams; * Sense of responsibility and customer orientation; * Ability to work collaboratively and learn within a professional context; * Support in monitoring, controlling, and evaluating training projects; * Support in managing resources allocated to training; * Support in continuous improvement of project execution processes. **Work Location**: Grijó If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the required qualifications, you may submit your application via **APPLY NOW**, or visit the **ISQ Opportunities** page.
