Job Summary: We are seeking an Atlassian Solutions Architect to administer and configure Atlassian environments, lead Agile projects, and optimize workflows. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in Agile project management Lisbon Share **Atlassian Solutions Architect** ================================= New role as Atlassian Solutions Specialist \| Jira \& Confluence in our Information Systems Unit. #### **Role** Experienced profile in administration and configuration of **Atlassian** tools, specifically **JIRA**, **JIRA Service Management**, and **Confluence**. Experience in project management, as well as leadership and people development. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and configure Atlassian environments (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence), ensuring their performance, security, and stability. * Lead or support internal project management using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), ensuring effective delivery of defined objectives. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific needs and implement appropriate technical solutions within Atlassian systems. * Develop and optimize custom workflows in Jira, adapting\-them to the Agile methodologies adopted by the team (Scrum or Kanban). * Integrate Atlassian tools with other internal platforms (e.g., Slack, CI/CD tools) using Atlassian APIs to centralize project management. * Continuously monitor Atlassian tool performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes and implementing necessary adjustments. * Ensure regular training for internal users on Atlassian tool functionalities, promoting efficient usage. #### **Profile** * Higher education degree in Information Technologies * English (Intermediate Level) * **JIRA Software Administration**: Workflow configuration, user management, creation of custom dashboards, and troubleshooting in JIRA. * **JIRA Service Management Administration**: Configuration of request types, automations, SLAs, and reports. Efficient handling of customer requests and associated metrics. * **Confluence Administration**: Confluence platform administration: space management, permissions, and customized configuration according to organizational needs. * **Agile Methodologies**: Practical expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * **Technical Skills/Programming**: Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages relevant to automation or custom integrations (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy). #### **Technical Knowledge** * Experience migrating Atlassian platforms from the Data Center model to the Cloud model. * Experience using the following Atlassian add\-ons: Script Runner, Tempo, and Big Picture. * Atlassian certifications. #### **Preferences** Applications for the **Atlassian Solutions Architect** position should preferably be submitted directly via the **Jobs** section on the Asseco PST **LinkedIn** page, under the corresponding opportunity.
