Tracking of service orders and reporting data entry. ### **Job Description and Responsibilities** Job Mission Responsible for real-time monitoring of parks and agile, efficient communication among field technicians, clients, coordination, and the field team during power generation periods. Acts as the central link in operations, ensuring incidents are addressed promptly, processes are followed, and information flows clearly and effectively. Responsibilities Monitor park performance in the monitoring system and identify occurrences in real time; Continuously monitor plant CCTV and alarm systems, activating security forces in case of incidents; Immediately communicate with the field team and clients in case of failures, shutdowns, or critical events; Ensure all interventions follow defined standardized processes; Create, track, and close service orders in the CMMS management system; Populate incident reports and provide updated information to management and coordination; Ensure traceability of actions and records during the shift. ### **Candidate Profile** Detailed Activities Monitor dashboards and alarms related to park performance, availability, and communication; Activate field teams according to established protocols/procedures and SLAs; Inform clients about incident status clearly, concisely, and transparently; Support coordination in gathering information for indicator analysis. Strictly comply with defined communication and record-keeping workflows; Perform remote actions with maximum attention and adherence to applicable safety and quality standards. Report Preparation Internal and External Relationships Internal: Performance Coordination, Operational Coordination, Maintenance Engineering, Occupational Safety, and Field Team. External: Clients and suppliers/third parties in operational contact scenarios.
