Perform remote actions with maximum attention to safety regulations. ### **Job Description and Responsibilities** Job Mission Be responsible for real-time monitoring of power plants and agile, efficient communication among field technicians, customers, coordination, and the field team during energy generation periods. Act as the central link in operations, ensuring incidents are addressed promptly, processes are followed, and information flows clearly and accurately. Responsibilities Monitor park performance in the monitoring system and identify occurrences in real time; Continuously monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems at power plants, activating security forces in case of incidents; Immediately communicate with the field team and customers in case of failures, shutdowns, or critical events; Ensure all service interventions follow standardized processes; Create, track, and close work orders in the CMMS management system; Maintain incident reports and provide updated information to management and coordination; Ensure traceability of actions and records during the shift. ### **Desired Profile** Detailed Activities Monitor dashboards and alarms related to park performance, availability, and communication; Activate field teams according to defined protocols/procedures and SLAs; Inform customers about incident status with clarity, objectivity, and transparency; Support coordination in gathering information for indicator analysis. Strictly comply with established communication and recording workflows; Perform remote actions with maximum attention and strict adherence to applicable safety and quality regulations. Report Preparation Internal and External Relationships Internal: Performance Coordination, Operational Coordination, Maintenance Engineering, Occupational Safety, and Field Team. External: Customers and suppliers/third parties in operational contact scenarios.
