Strong operational proximity and strategic vision **The Company** **João Serras \- Comércio de Pneus e Combustíveis** is a solid company with over 60 employees and an established position in the tire and fuel distribution sector and automotive services. **Mission** Ensure the company's (SME) financial management, guaranteeing efficient treasury management, credit risk management, and banking relationships. Support management in decision-making through financial analysis while maintaining strong operational proximity. **Profile** * Higher education degree in Management, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred) * Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, treasury, corporate financing and/or financial analysis * Experience negotiating with banking institutions * Solid knowledge of financial analysis * Experience in credit management and collections * Strategic vision, while maintaining strong connection to the company's operational reality * Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and critical thinking * Organization and prioritization skills * Ability to communicate effectively with management and establish trust-based relationships with banks, clients, and partners **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the company's treasury, ensuring monitoring of financial position, payment planning, and forecasting financing needs * Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating financing solutions, credit lines, and other banking operations and conditions * Define and monitor the customer credit policy, overseeing risk, credit limits, and collection and litigation processes * Develop financial analyses, management indicators, and forecasts to support decision-making * Identify opportunities to optimize profitability, treasury, and the company's financial structure * Ensure smooth operation of financial processes, maintaining strong operational proximity and intervening directly whenever necessary **What We Offer** * Integration into a reference company in the sector — solid and growing * Opportunity to actively participate in the company's financial decision-making * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience * Employee benefits package, including preferential conditions on the company's products and services **Work Location:** Mação (approximately 20 minutes from Abrantes and 45 minutes from Castelo Branco) Work arrangement: On-site
